If you have your heart set on eating at some of these restaurants, advance reservations are a must, as many will be full far in advance, even on weeknights. Should you find yourself in the Valley without a reservation, several of the restaurants listed below have options for eating at the bar, which can work very well for a single or couple. There are also many other wonderful local restaurants where you may find openings without making reservations so far in advance. Or try asking for a reservation either earlier or later than the most popular times.
